Woke to the soothing sounds of native birds while sipping morning coffee on my private balcony. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we felt welcome.

Unfortunately, the restaurant closed too early for our late-night snacks, leaving us a bit hungry. A more flexible dining schedule would have made it perfect.

sensational! Truly do prebook a massage as it was incredible! The staff were helpful and nice to deal with, although some junior members need more training. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t rate it as excellent due to minor issues.

Had an amazing time at the retreat! The spa treatments were incredibly relaxing and the cozy fireside lounge was perfect for unwinding with a book. The only downside was that the decor in some areas could use a little refresh, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. 🌿

Our family enjoyed two nights in a spacious deluxe room, complete with complimentary treats. The highlight was the delicious five-course dinner, with options accommodating all diets. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. Just a heads up, make a dinner reservation in advance to avoid wait times.

We had a wonderful time! The food was exceptional, especially the dinner—each course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The cozy ambiance, particularly the inviting bar lounge area with a warm fire, was a perfect way to unwind. However, the photos made it seem a bit more luxurious than it actually felt in person. I'd definitely return!

The complimentary drink and hot towel upon arrival created a warm welcome. Also, the staff exhibited professionalism throughout our stay. Every day, we enjoyed free bottled mineral water, which added a thoughtful touch to our experience. The garden view from our Deluxe Twin Room complemented the natural beauty of the surroundings and provided tranquility.

The only downside was that the spa was closed for winter, which was disappointing considering the serene environment.
